Our records office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. We deal with thousands of records a year. These are the public's records and they can be requested during business hours.

How Do I Get My Records?

You can get your records by doing any of the following:
  • In person by coming to the Police Department Dispatch Window during office hours.
  • Call us at (937) 548-2365
  • email us at 
  • Mail us your request with a self addressed envelope.

Does it Cost Anything for Copies?

We do charge a fee for hard copies of records and media such as photos or audio.
  • Per Page $.05
  • CDs or DVDs $1.00 (these are used for photos, audio and video)
  • Email is free (the file must be appropriate size to be sent)
