Effective March 22, 2023, soliciting is no longer allowed within the City of Greenville limits. Per Ordinance #23-27 passed on February 21, 2023, City Council effectively amended Section 852.03 of the Greenville Codified Ordinances to no longer allow Peddlers and Itinerant Vendors in the City of Greenville, in addition to repealing Sections 852.05 and 852.06 regarding License Fees and Regulations.
